The hospital was established by Dr. Nicola Smith and Dr. Kirsi Allo in February of 2004. Their dream of a family oriented veterinary hospital has truly become a reality in our Victorian home on King Street. It is with pride and happiness that they have selected Dr. Melissa Hardy to take over the “reins” of the hospital as practice owner knowing she will continue to practice the same level of care, compassion and approachability our clients expect.

Vineland, ON Veterinary Hospital Accepting New Patients!

Our clinic is nestled at the base of the escarpment in the lovely town of Vineland.

At our hospital your pet is treated like our own! We will be happy to see your beloved companion, whether they be a cat, dog, rabbit, pocket pet, reptile or other. Sorry, no tarantulas!

Our fully accredited hospital offers preventative health care, such as nutritional and behavioural counselling, as well as medical, surgical and dental treatment as needed. We also offer a mobile service which allows us to do house calls by appointment. If we cannot provide a service for you, referrals to specialists are readily available.

Our goal is to help your pet to live a very long and happy life. For this purpose physical examinations and certain tests are recommended on a yearly basis. Senior pets and those with certain health conditions may require more frequent check-ups. Don’t forget, most of our pets age several years for every year of our life! We also love to see your young animals to discuss proper nutrition and feeding routines. High quality foods fed the appropriate way can add years to your pet’s life span. Currently we offer limited boarding for our clients, but other than routine clean-ups or baths no grooming is available. Grooming is best left for those who do it for a living.

All new clients are welcome. If no appointments are available we will try to accommodate your sick pet by offering to have them dropped off for an examination at our earliest convenience. Our after business hours emergencies are taken care of by the Niagara Veterinary Emergency Clinic in St Catharines. They are available when we are closed and 24 hours on weekends and holidays and can be reached at (905) 641-3185.

All fees are payable when services are rendered.

We welcome any feedback and look forward to seeing you and your pets for many years to come.
